It’s powered by an Intel Celeron N3050 processor, running at 1.6 GHz and with a 2 MB cache. Even though it’s not the most powerful model out there, it’s able to provide enough processing power for tasks like checking your email, browsing the web or editing documents and photos.

The laptop also features 2 GB of RAM, alongside an on-processor Intel HD Graphics chip, delivering everyday image quality for Internet use, basic photo editing or even some casual gaming, if you’re ambitious enough to try doing it.

As for the storage, the HP Stream 11-r010nr comes with 32 GB of eMMC flash memory, which should be enough for all your important files. Still, for those of you who need more storage capacity, the laptop also features a built-in media reader, so you can expand it with a microSD card slot.

It also has two USB ports, one 3.0 and one 2.0, so you can add an external hard disk drive or any peripheral you want. It doesn’t come with a built-in DVD/CD drive though, in order to maintain it as light and slim as possible.

Moving on to the connectivity department, it has an HDMI output, so you can expand your viewing options by connecting it to a bigger display or even an HDTV, while the built-in high-speed wireless LAN is great for quickly accessing the Internet. Of course, the Bluetooth 4.0 interface isn’t missing, so you can sync the laptop to compatible devices, like tablets or smartphones.

In terms of display, the HP Stream 11-r010nr is using a basic WLED-backlit HD ready panel, with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, measuring 11.6 inches. It has an antiglare treatment, so you can use it in various lighting conditions and reduce eyestrain.

Above the display, it features a built-in HP TrueVision HD webcam, great for chatting with your friends and family, even in low light conditions.
